Carlos Lugo is an accomplished IT executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in global technology operations, digital transformation, and strategic innovation across the hospitality, education, and corporate sectors. As President of Lugatti Consulting Group, Carlos provides strategic consulting services to organizations seeking to optimize technology infrastructure, implement AI-driven solutions, and drive transformative growth.
Throughout his career, Carlos has held senior leadership roles, including Vice President & General Manager, Global Hospitality at Single Digits, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives to enhance digital transformation in hospitality operations.
As a Strategic Advisor for Infollion and an Advisor for the AI for Hospitality Workgroup with the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA), Carlos has contributed to advancing AI applications in hospitality.
His tenure at Marriott International as Regional Director, Global IT Operations is particularly noteworthy, where he led a team managing $2.9 billion in revenue and oversaw the largest cloud PBX deployment in the company’s history. He was also instrumental in leading Marriott’s Proof of Concept (POC) for AI in telecommunications.
Carlos's leadership at Wyndham Worldwide included the successful virtualization transformation of over 15,000 virtual clients across domestic and international markets, driving enhanced operational efficiency and cost control.
